The Generational Alchemist is an educational, self-development, and personal awareness offering. It explores themes of generational patterns, self-inquiry, embodiment, reflection, and conscious personal responsibility.

This work is not therapy, counselling, psychology, psychiatry, medical treatment, legal advice, or a substitute for professional support.

Participation is voluntary and based on self-responsibility, discernment, and consent.

2. Not a Medical or Mental Health Service

The Generational Alchemist does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

Nothing shared within this space — whether spoken, written, or facilitated — should be interpreted as:

  • Medical advice

  • Mental health treatment

  • Trauma therapy

  • Crisis intervention

Participants are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support (including medical, psychological, or legal services) when needed.

3. Personal Responsibility & Self-Sovereignty

By engaging in this work, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing

  • You choose how deeply you engage and what you share

  • You may pause, step back, or discontinue participation at any time

This space does not promote dependency, hierarchy, saviour dynamics, or guru authority. Your inner authority and discernment are paramount.

4. Trauma-Informed & Consent-Led Approach

The Generational Alchemist is facilitated with a strong emphasis on:

  • Emotional safety

  • Nervous system awareness

  • Choice and consent

  • Personal pacing

  • Respect for boundaries

You are never required to disclose personal experiences, relive memories, or participate in exercises that feel unsafe or inappropriate for you.

Discomfort may arise through self-reflection, but harm, coercion, or pressure are never part of this work.

5. Ethical Foundations

This container is guided by the following ethical principles:

  • Integrity over performance

  • Sovereignty over dependence

  • Discernment over blind belief

  • Embodiment over bypassing

  • Responsibility over projection

There is no hierarchy of awakening, healing, or worth within this space.

6. Confidentiality & Group Spaces

Participants are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.

  • What is shared within group settings stays within the group

  • Sharing another participant’s story, identity, or experience without consent is not permitted

While facilitators uphold confidentiality, absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group environments.

7. Boundaries & Conduct

To maintain safety and integrity, the following are not tolerated:

  • Harassment, shaming, or coercion

  • Spiritual superiority or saviour behaviour

  • Pressure to share or disclose personal information

  • Projection of personal beliefs onto others

The facilitator reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour compromises the safety or integrity of the space.

8. No Guarantees or Promises

Results vary for each individual.

The Generational Alchemist does not promise:

  • Healing outcomes

  • Emotional release

  • Spiritual awakening

  • Transformation within a specific timeframe

Growth unfolds uniquely for each person and cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, written content, and facilitated experiences associated with The Generational Alchemist are protected intellectual property.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree that:

  • You engage at your own risk

  • The facilitator is not liable for any physical, emotional, psychological, or spiritual outcomes

  • You release the facilitator from responsibility for decisions or actions you take during or after participation

11. Right to Modify or Update

These Terms, Ethics & Disclaimer may be updated at any time to reflect evolving practices, legal requirements, or integrity standards. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

By engaging with The Generational Alchemist, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, Ethics & Disclaimer.

This work honours depth, responsibility, and conscious participation — not urgency, pressure, or bypassing.
